EDWEENA (ELEPHANT)

Edweena has a big heart to match her enormous size. If any friend of hers is in a jam, she’s apt to charge in commando-style to try to save the day! In fact, she might have a bit of a ‘rescuer’ complex. When there’s a problem, she wants to solve it now – as opposed to Rabbit, who would remember to make sure everyone’s having fun along the way. She’s decisive, headstrong, perhaps even impulsive, which is a tricky trait to have when you weigh a zillion pounds. The most agile thing about Edweena is her trunk, which she can use like a third hand for the most delicate operations. She also uses her trunk to gesture – but sometimes she gets a little too excited and it knocks things over. We always know when Edweena is coming, because her walking makes the ground vibrate, causing ripples in puddles, and Mouse to fall onto his behind and bounce on the ground with every step.
