Episode 1
Theodore and the Oil Rig - A tall Texan oil rig visits the harbor for repairs -- much to George's delight, who entertains Theodore with his stories of adventure with the rig on the high seas.
Theodore and the Homesick Rowboat - Theodore is anxious to undertake an assignment by himself, just like the ocean-going tugs sometimes do, and discovers R. Boat, a tiny rowboat who's abandoned all hope of finding a happy dock.
Episode 2
A Dark and Scary Cove - Theodore loses his lifeboat in a cove he's been exploring with Hank, and must face his fear of some scary sounds.
Foduck the Vigilant - Foduck is ready to receive his special "V" word, except he can't decide what it should be.
Episode 3
Different Strokes for Different Boats - Theodore, who by now thinks he's the best barge puller in the harbor, is assigned to teach Hank the fine points of buttoning-on to a barge.
Hank and the Mermaid - Hank is convinced he's seen a mermaid in the harbor, but the other tugs are just as sure it must be another one of Hank's wild stories.

True Blue Friends - George has a deep, dark secret -- he's afraid to have his yearly paint job -- and Theodore promises not to tell.
Bumper Buddies - Foduck likes to bump his friend Theodore, but Theodore finds that it hurts and is afraid Foduck won't like him anymore if he tells him how he feels.

Theodore and the Welcome - Theodore is assigned to welcoming duty and turns to each of his friends to find the very best way to welcome.
Theodore the Vegetable - With George, Emily, and Foduck busy on other assignments, the Dispatcher gives Theodore his first official assignment as a puller.

The Day the Ice Came to the Harbor - Pack-ice clogs the harbor, confining the pilot boats to their docks and leaving the pride of the Big Harbor resting on the bows of the tugboats.

Theodore and the Bluenose - Foduck wants Theodore to check out his brand new underwater depth-sounder, but Theodore chooses instead to learn about sailing from Bluenose, one of the last of the tall ships.
Is Anybody Listening - Theodore feels everyone is always telling him what to do!

George Buzzes the Dock - George's constant engine-revving causes the tugs to consider all the ways they're adding to pollution in the harbor.
The Great Harbor Cleanup Contest - Each tug is intent on winning the Great Harbor Cleanup Contest.

Best Friends - Because he's so impressed by what the other tugs can give him, Theodore asks them one-by-one to be his special "best" friend.
Theodore and the Big Harbor - The Harbor Master remembers the day that Theodore arrived in the harbour.

Theodore's Whistle - Theodore becomes offended when a visiting ship calls his whistle "cute".

Hank and the Hug - When nobody has time for Hank's boundless enthusiasm, it soon sinks. Tug after tug tries to raise Hank's spirits, but neither clever schemes nor brusque words can do the trick.
Emily and the Rocket - Emily discovers that Constance the Coast Guard Ship has a side nobody sees.

Foduck Stays Home - Foduck is saddened by the news that, because of his special abilities, he will be staying in the Big Harbor as the new, official Harbor Safety Tug.
Theodore, the Tug in Charge - One morning Theodore gets up the nerve to ask the Dispatcher if he can be the Tug In Charge, a job usually handled by the more experienced tugs.

Theodore in the Middle - George and Emily's friendship is threatened when George makes a formal complaint about Emily's lateness to the Dispatcher.
Carla, the Cool Cabin Cruiser - Emily is attracted to the zany humor of Carla, a visiting cabin cruiser who tries to break more and more rules in the Big Harbor.

Snorri, The Viking Ship - One evening at dusk, a different-looking ship quietly enters the harbor and growls at Theodores welcome.

Theodore and the Stinky Joke - Theodore cracks some jokes about Rebecca the Research Vessel, but later becomes the butt of everyone else's jokes.

All Quiet in the Big Harbor - When the tugs are sent to move ultra-noisy Owan, the Oil Rig, they have trouble trying following the Dispatcher's orders to be quiet.
Theodore to the Rescue - Digby the disaster-prone cable ship has gotten himself stuck up on some rocks, and Theodore rushes to the rescue without heeding repeated warnings about danger.
Episode 22
A Joke Too Far - Theodore and Barrington Barge's favorite joke is to hide, but this time, they keep right on hiding until the whole harbour is searching for the lost duo.
Theodore and the Ice Ship - A mysterious ship, covered in ice, arrives in the Big Harbour and Theodore feels there's must be a warm engine beating under all that ice.

Big Harbor Fools Day - It's Big Harbor Fools Day, and all George wants to do is go back to sleep; he thinks he's too important and serious to be a fool.
Theodore and the Grumpy Garbage Barge - After working on Guysborough, the grumpiest garbage barge who ever floated, Theodore gets into a grumpy mood himself.

Theodore Hugs the Coast - Theodore's dreams about the day he will go out on the ocean by himself come true when the Dispatcher sends him to replace a broken bell buoy, just outside the harbor.
Hank's Hiccups - Hank's bad case of hiccups make him jiggle and jump - not a pleasant feeling for him or the barge he's towing.

Hank's New Name - Hank becomes convinced that if he had a bigger name, he'd be treated like a bigger tugboat, and decides to be called "Henry."
Theodore and the Northern ligths - Theodore loves Kulu the canoe's fantastic tales, especially the one about the "Dancing Northern Lights", but Foduck doesn't believe in anything he doesn't already know about.

Theodore's Big Harbour Birthday - It's Theodore's most special day of the year, his birthday, and he's sure everyone is planning a big surprise, as usual!
